The system comprises slurry inlet main pipes and a slurry return main pipe; slurry outlet boxes are arranged on each horizontal slurry inlet pipe at intervals; the horizontal slurry inlet pipes and horizontal slurry return pipes are connected through the slurry outlet boxes; and a horizontal slurry inlet pipe is led out of each slurry inlet main pipe in the elevation direction. According to the bidirectional slurry supply hole internal circulation type contact grouting system, slurry is fed from the upstream side and the downstream side, and the grouting guarantee rate is greatly increased; the slurry inlet main pipes are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side, the slurry inlet main pipes and the slurry return main pipe in the middle form two loops, the whole contact grouting system is in a parallel network shape, it can be effectively guaranteed that a grouting pipeline can still normally operate under the condition that local blockage occurs, and the grouting guarantee rate is greatly increased.
