The invention discloses a preparation method of composite ball clay with firing whiteness not lower than 88%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: screening slurry prepared from Xiamen kaolin and Guangdong Yangyang black mud, removing impurities, doping ball milling materials (Longyan first-grade chinastone and Liancheng bentonite), stripping, shearing and the like to obtain slurry with particle size distribution of -2 mu m and content of more than 45%; the slurry is subjected to filter pressing dehydration to obtain a mud cake with the water content of 28%-30%, the mud cake is dried and prepared into a circular block sample, the prepared block sample is calcined at 1200 DEG C to obtain the product with the whiteness value of 88%, and harmful impurities in minerals are effectively removed through pulping, magnetic separation, ball milling, compounding, stripping and the like in the whole preparation process. The defects of low whiteness and the like of natural ball clay are overcome, and the compounded ball clay has the excellent characteristics of good plasticity, forming performance, firing whiteness and the like through stripping shearing and fusion of particle size distribution.
本发明公开了一种其烧成白度不低于88%的复合球土的制备方法,通过对厦门高岭土、广东揭阳黑泥制备的浆料进行筛选、除杂加工、掺入球磨料(龙岩一级瓷石、连城膨润土),通过剥片剪切等加工步骤得到粒度分布‑2μm,含量大于45%的浆料,对此浆料进行压滤脱水得到含水率在28%‑30%的泥饼,将泥饼烘干并制备成圆型块样,将制备好的块样在1200度下煅烧可得到白度值为88%,整个制备过程工艺通过制浆、磁选、球磨、复合、剥片等,有效地去除了矿物中有害杂质,克服了天然球土白度低等不足,通过剥片剪切、融合粒度分布,使得复合后的球土具有良好的可塑性、成型性能和烧成白度等优良特性。
