The invention provides a post-cast strip structure. The post-cast strip structure comprises concrete bottom plates and a post-cast strip, wherein the concrete bottom plates are located on the two sides of the post-cast strip, a corrugated formwork is arranged between the concrete bottom plates and the post-cast strip, a horizontal water stop belt is arranged in the middle of the formwork in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of the water stop belt extend into the concrete bottom plates and the post-cast strip respectively. The post-cast strip structure further comprises a plurality of joint bars and expansion water stop bars, wherein the joint bars penetrate through the post-cast strip, the two ends of each joint bar extend into the corresponding concrete bottom plate, and the expansion water stop bars are arranged in the post-cast strip. The invention further provides a construction method of the post-cast strip structure. By the adoption of the post-cast strip structure and the construction method, the number of construction procedures is small, the process is simple, the overall structural rigidity of the concrete bottom plates is high, the anti-seepage performance of the bottom plate structure is good, cracks and shrinkage deformation are not prone to occurring, and the overall construction quality of a spillway bottom plate and an upper structure of a hydropower station reaches the excellent level.
