The novel vegetation concrete composite wall comprises a first concrete layer, a porous brick layer and a second concrete layer, a plurality of porous bricks are arranged in the porous brick layer, a plurality of through holes are formed in the porous bricks, the axial direction of the through holes is consistent with the thickness direction of a wall body, and the multiple porous bricks are bonded through mortar; each porous brick comprises a first through hole and a second through hole, a reinforcing steel bar is arranged in each first through hole in a penetrating mode, and the first through holes are filled with concrete for bonding the reinforcing steel bars and the porous bricks; the second through holes are filled with solid oxygen beads and nutrient soil; and the porous brick layer is arranged between the first concrete layer and the second concrete layer, the first concrete layer and the second concrete layer are each formed by consolidating vegetation concrete, and steel wire meshes are arranged in the first concrete layer and the second concrete layer correspondingly. Plants can be planted on the surface of the wall body.
