The construction method comprises the following construction steps that S1, an inner-layer steel plate with an inner reinforcing assembly and an outer-layer steel plate with an outer reinforcing assembly are prefabricated; s2, construction of an inner-layer steel plate, wherein the construction of the inner-layer steel plate comprises the step of limiting the inner-layer steel plate at a preset position I; s3, arranging a reinforcing mesh in the pouring cavity; s4, outer-layer steel plate construction, wherein the outer-layer steel plate construction comprises the step of limiting an outer-layer steel plate at a preset position II; s5, the inner-layer steel plate and the outer-layer steel plate are connected through the opposite-pull screw assemblies; s6, concrete is poured into a pouring cavity formed between the inner-layer steel plate and the outer-layer steel plate; s7, after the concrete poured in the pouring cavity is solidified, the opposite-pull screw assembly, the inner reinforcing assembly and the outer reinforcing assembly are dismantled; deformation generated when the steel plate is poured with concrete can be reduced, and the perpendicularity and flatness of the wall body after the shear wall is constructed are improved.
