Novel connecting structure of steel-concrete composite shear wall
A novel connecting structure of steel-concrete combined prefabricated shear walls is characterized by comprising prefabricated shear walls, connecting assemblies between the prefabricated shear walls forming vertical seams and connecting frameworks between the prefabricated shear walls forming horizontal seams; wherein the connecting assembly is node core area connecting profile steel, and the connecting profile steel is formed by welding a cross-shaped web plate and flange plates on the periphery; the connecting framework is formed by overlapping exposed parts of a steel bar frame pre-embedded in the prefabricated shear wall to form a closed loop, binding full-length stirrups and pouring concrete; and the prefabricated shear wall forming the vertical seam is fixedly connected with the flange plate. The vertical joints of the prefabricated shear wall are connected through the high-strength bolts and the connecting assemblies, and dry connection of the vertical joints of the shear wall is achieved; the prefabricated shear wall horizontal seams are connected through concrete pouring after U-shaped steel bars are in lap joint. The prefabricated shear wall has the advantages of being high in construction speed, reliable in quality and good in structural integrity and anti-seismic performance.
一种新型的钢‑混凝土组合预制剪力墙的连接结构,其特征在于:包括预制剪力墙和形成竖缝的预制剪力墙之间的连接组件及形成水平缝的预制剪力墙之间的连接骨架;其中:所述的连接组件为节点核心区连接型钢,所述的连接型钢由十字型腹板与四周的翼缘板焊接而成;所述的连接骨架由预埋在预制剪力墙内的钢筋框架外露的部分搭接形成闭环并绑扎通长箍筋及浇筑混凝土构成;所述的形成竖缝的预制剪力墙与翼缘板固定连接。本发明预制剪力墙竖缝之间通过高强螺栓与连接组件连接,实现了剪力墙竖缝的干式连接;预制剪力墙水平缝之间通过U形钢筋搭接后浇筑混凝土连接,具有施工速度快,质量可靠,结构整体性、抗震性能好的特点。
