Hanging type formwork construction structure
The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering construction equipment, in particular to a hanging type formwork construction structure which can omit tedious supporting frame installation and building, thereby greatly reducing construction cost and improving construction efficiency. The hanging type formwork construction structure comprises a bottom prefabricated part and a hoisting structure, and at least one hoisting point is arranged on the top face of the bottom prefabricated part; and a detachable connecting structure is arranged between the hoisting points and the hoisting structure. During actual construction, when a floor slab on the upper layer needs to be poured, firstly, a prefabricated bottom plate is hoisted to the specified height through a hoisting rope mechanism, and then pouring is conducted on the prefabricated bottom plate. After pouring is finished, a cast-in-place layer and the prefabricated bottom plate are combined into a whole, and at the moment, the hoisting rope mechanism is separated from the hanging points on the top face of the prefabricated bottom plate. The hanging type formwork construction structure is particularly suitable for multi-floor building construction.
本发明涉及建筑工程施工装备领域,尤其是一种省去繁琐的支撑架安装搭建,从而大幅度降低施工成本,提高施工效率的挂式模板施工结构,包括底部预制构件和吊运结构,所述底部预制构件的顶面设置有至少一个吊点,所述吊点与吊运结构之间为可拆卸连接结构。在实际施工时,当需要浇筑上一层的楼板时,首先通过吊绳机构将预制底板吊运到指定的高度,然后在预制底板上浇筑。浇筑结束后,现浇层和预制底板合为一体,此时,将吊绳机构与预制底板顶面的吊点分离即可。本发明尤其适用于多楼层的建筑施工之中。
