Prestress tensioning buffer structure
The invention provides a prestress tensioning buffer structure. A tensioning table and a limiting plate are arranged on each of the two sides of a buffer sleeve; the tensioning tables are inserted in the buffer sleeve and can slide on the buffer sleeve; the limiting plates are fixedly connected with the buffer sleeve through fixing rods; wing plates are arranged on the two sides of each tensioning table and arranged on the fixing rods in a sleeving manner; sliding rods are further arranged on the lower sides of the wing plates and provided with first springs; sliding bases are arranged at the lower ends of the sliding rods and arranged on the buffer sleeve; and the sliding rods slide up and down in the sliding bases. The prestress tensioning buffer structure has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, multiple sets of springs are adopted for buffering, and the extrusion resistance and deformation resistance of the structure are high; the limiting plates limit the maximum outward pulling distance of the tensioning tables, and the situation that the tensioning tables bear too large force, and consequently the device is damaged is prevented; and the tensioning table and the limiting plate are arranged on each of the two sides of the buffer sleeve, and the buffer effect of the structure can be better.
本发明提出了一种预应力张拉的缓冲结构,在缓冲套的两侧各设有一个张拉台和限位板,张拉台插在缓冲套上并可在缓冲套上滑动,限位板通过固定杆与缓冲套固定连接,张拉台的两侧带有翼板,翼板套在固定杆上,在翼板的下侧还设有滑杆,在滑杆上设有弹簧一,滑杆下端为滑座,滑座安装在缓冲套上,滑杆在滑座内上下滑动。其有益效果是:1.本发明结构简单,采用多组弹簧进行缓冲,使其应对抗挤压和抗形变方面较强;限位板对张拉台的最大外拉距离进行限制,防止其受到过大的力导致装置损坏;在缓冲套的两侧各设置一组张拉台和限位板,可以使本结构的缓冲效果更好。
