The invention provides a cement clinker production line with low emission and low energy consumption. The cement clinker production line comprises a raw material preparation line, wherein the raw material preparation line comprises a raw material preparation system and a roller press system, and the roller press system is adjacent to the raw material preparation system and is used for grinding and refining raw materials; a firing system which is arranged at the discharge end of the roller press system and used for preheating, decomposing, heating, calcining and cooling the raw materials; a clinker silo which is arranged at the discharge end of the firing system; and a coal tube grinding system which is arranged beside the firing system and used for grinding the fuel coal and conveying the prepared coal powder into the firing system to be combusted. Raw materials are prepared into a coarse material through a raw material preparation line, the coarse material is conveyed to a roller press system to be prepared into a powdery raw material, and the powdery raw material is conveyed to a clinker silo after being preheated, decomposed, heated, calcined and cooled through a firing system, so that main equipment of a production line is upgraded and transformed, and the structure of the firing system is improved; and the effects of high energy efficiency and low emission can be achieved.
