Colored sand thermal insulation board as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a colored sand thermal insulation board as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The colored sand thermal insulation board comprises a base layer, a colored sand coating and a protective layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode; the colored sand coating is prepared from colored sand paint; the colored sand paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 840 to 1200 parts of cold pigment colored hollow glass beads, 400 to 680 parts of polymer emulsion, 7 to 10 parts of coalescing agent, 7 to 10 parts of antifreezing agent and 5 to 10 parts of cellulose. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) coating any side of a base layer with colored sand paint to obtain a colored sand coating; and (2) applying varnish onto one side, far away from the base layer, of the colored sand coating obtained in the step (1) to obtain the colored sand thermal insulation board. The colored sand thermal insulation board provided by the invention not only has good thermal insulation effect, aging resistance, stain resistance and decorative attractiveness, but also has the advantages of light weight and simple structure, and is suitable for being used as a building decorative material.
本发明提供一种彩砂隔热板材及其制备方法和应用。所述彩砂隔热板材包括依次叠加设置的基层、彩砂涂层和保护层；所述彩砂涂层由彩砂涂料制备得到；所述彩砂涂料包括如下重量份数的组分：冷颜料着色中空玻璃微珠840～1200份、聚合物乳液400～680份、成膜助剂7～10份、防冻剂7～10份和纤维素5～10份。所述制备方法包括以下步骤：(1)在基层的任意一侧涂覆彩砂涂料，得到彩砂涂层；(2)在步骤(1)得到的彩砂涂层远离基层的一侧涂覆清漆，得到所述彩砂隔热板材。本发明提供的彩砂隔热板材既具有较好的隔热保温效果、耐老化性、抗污性和装饰美观性，又具有质轻、结构简单的优点，适于用作建筑装饰材料。
