COLORED THERMAL INSULATION BOARD AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a colored thermal insulation board suitable for use such as a ceiling material of a building, which is required of color decorativeness and good fire retardancy.SOLUTION: Provided is a colored thermal insulation board 10 having aluminum layers 21 and 31 on both surfaces of a polyisocyanurate foam 11, where a surface of one aluminum layer 21 has a colored coating layer 22. A heating communication layer 25 is provided at a boundary part between a rear surface of an aluminum layer 23 having a colored coating layer on its surface and the polyisocyanurate foam 11. The heating communication layer 25 generates a communication property by heating the colored insulation board 10, and a pyrolysis gas of the polyisocyanurate foam 11 generated by heating is discharged to outside through the heating communication layer 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】カラー装飾性と良好な難燃性が求められる建物の天井材などの用途に好適な着色断熱ボードの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体11の両面にアルミニウム層21、31を有し、一方のアルミニウム層21の表面には着色塗膜層22を有する着色断熱ボード10において、表面に着色塗膜層を有するアルミニウム層23の裏面とポリイソシアヌレート発泡体11との境界部分に加熱連通層25を有し、加熱連通層25は、着色断熱ボード10の加熱によって連通性を生じ、加熱により生じるポリイソシアヌレート発泡体11の熱分解ガスを、加熱連通層25を通して外部へ放出させる。【選択図】図1
