The invention relates to a semi-rigid base crack trenchless grouting repair material and a preparation method thereof. The semi-rigid base crack trenchless grouting repair material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of a two-component polyurethane prepolymer, 10-15 parts of diatomite powder, 150-200 parts of cement, 60-80 parts of water and 1.0-2.0 parts of a retarder. The diatomite, the cement and the polyurethane form a network interpenetrating multi-element composite structure, so that the compactness and the bonding strength of the splicing interface part of the new pavement base layer and the old pavement base layer are favorably improved. The activity of the diatomite can be excited after calcination and ball milling, the average particle size of the calcined and ball-milled diatomite becomes smaller, the particle size distribution is wide, the specific surface area becomes larger, the faster the reaction speed with calcium hydroxide in cement paste is, the more hydration products in unit time are, and the quantity of hydrated calcium silicate in cement paste is increased. The calcium-silicon ratio and the content of calcium hydroxide are reduced, and the strength of cement is improved.
