The invention provides a tundish composite coating material for clean steel and a preparation method of the tundish composite coating material. The tundish composite coating material comprises the following raw materials of: mixed magnesia-calcium sand, magnesia, slaked lime powder, modified medical stone powder, alumina sol, blast furnace slag, calcium lignosulphonate, a mixed auxiliary agent, and mixed magnesia-calcium sand with different particle sizes. Meanwhile, the blast furnace slag is pre-mixed in the aluminum sol, so that the burst phenomenon of the composite material in the preheating process in the earlier stage of use is avoided; the total oxygen content and the oxide inclusion quantity of molten steel cannot be increased due to addition of the modified medical stone powder and the alkaline mixed additive, and smelting of the clean steel is facilitated. According to the tundish composite coating material for clean steel prepared by the method disclosed by the invention, under the experiment condition of 110 DEG C * 24 hours, the compressive strength reaches 12.0-14.5 MPa, the breaking strength reaches 2.5-3.2 MPa, the mechanical strength is high, and the phenomena of cracks and fractures are avoided.
本发明提供一种洁净钢用中间包复合涂抹料及其制备方法,该复合涂抹料的原材料组成,包括混合镁钙砂、镁砂、熟石灰粉、改性麦饭石粉、铝溶胶、高炉矿渣、木质素磺酸钙,混合助剂,添加不同粒度组成的混合镁钙砂,同时在铝溶胶中预先混合高炉矿渣,避免复合材料在使用前期的预热过程中发生爆裂现象,改姓麦饭石粉、碱性混合助剂的加入,不会增加钢水的总氧含量和氧化物夹杂数量,有利于洁净钢的冶炼,采用本发明方法制备的洁净钢用中间包复合涂抹料,在110℃×24h实验条件下,耐压强度达到12.0‑14.5MPa,抗折强度达到2.5‑3.2MPa,力学强度高,避免出现裂纹、开裂现象。
