Concrete leveling control method
The invention relates to a concrete leveling control method, which is suitable for a concrete platform structure with a groove structure. The method comprises the following steps that concrete is poured at a vertex angle of a template of the groove structure; concrete is poured to the periphery with the groove structure as the starting point, and the concrete surface at the pouring point is controlled to be higher than the elevation of the concrete platform by 2 cm or above; the poured concrete is vibrated and preliminarily leveled; concrete is poured to the periphery by taking the groove structure as a starting point, so the concrete at the periphery of the groove has a certain drainage slope after being solidified, water is not easy to accumulate in the groove, meanwhile, water generated in the concrete solidification process is not easy to flow into the groove, and the concrete platform at the pouring point is at least 2cm higher than the designed elevation; and therefore, the leveled redundant concrete can be pushed forwards to fill the concrete behind, repeated pouring of the concrete is avoided, construction efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, compactness of the concrete at a pouring point can be guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种混凝土整平控制方法,适用带凹槽结构的混凝土台结构,包括以下步骤:在凹槽结构的模板的顶角处浇筑混凝土;所述凹槽结构为起点向四周浇筑混凝土,控制浇筑点处的混凝土面高出混凝土台标高2cm以上;对所浇筑的混凝土进行振捣和初步整平;以凹槽结构为起点向四周浇筑混凝土,进而使得凹槽周边的混凝土凝固后具有一定的排水坡,使得凹槽内不易积水,同时混凝土凝固过程中的产生的水也不易流到凹槽内,浇筑点处的混凝土台高于设计标高至少2cm,以便于整平后的多余的混凝土能够向前推进填补后面混凝土,避免多次浇筑混凝土,提高了施工效率,同时还能保证浇筑点处混凝土的密实度。
