According to the concrete leveling control method, the original ground is subjected to primary treatment through a cement mortar material, thus the original ground is fully bonded, the bonding property of a foam plate laid subsequently and the ground is high, and the hollowing rate can be greatly decreased; and meanwhile, labor and effort can be saved, the leveling error is small, and the strength and hardness of the leveled ground are high.
