The invention discloses a detachable deceleration strip and emergency device, and the device comprises a machine shell, an emergency mechanism arranged at the bottom of the machine shell and a push-pull buffer mechanism arranged on the upper portion of the machine shell; the emergency mechanism comprises an emergency assembly and a limiting assembly, and the emergency assembly comprises emergency deceleration strips on the two sides; the lower ends of the emergency deceleration strips on the two sides are fixedly connected with connecting ropes, the lower end of the limiting assembly is fixedly connected with the connecting ropes, the emergency assembly is connected with the limiting assembly through the connecting ropes, and the push-pull buffering mechanism comprises an arc assembly, a pull-push assembly and a buffering assembly. The emergency mechanisms are designed for the situation that the two sides of the deceleration strip are prone to damage, the deceleration strip can still continue to be used, when a vehicle drives to the deceleration strip and impacts the two sides of the deceleration strip, force is released through the buffer assemblies, the left ends of the deceleration strips on the two sides move downwards, and the right ends of the deceleration strips rotate to form radians with the body to enable the vehicle to pass.
