The invention discloses a method for obtaining the roadbed soil compaction degree under a compaction action. The method comprises the following steps that S1, indoor experiment and numerical simulation are conducted, specifically, firstly roadbed soil is sampled, the compaction degree characteristics and the elasticity modulus are detected, and a relationship between the roadbed soil compaction degree and the elasticity modulus are established; S2, an outdoor road to be compacted is measured, specifically, an area in which the compaction degree should be detected is determined according to the requirements of a roadbed construction site, a plurality of groups of non-settlement measurement reference points and a plurality of groups of settlement observation points are arranged, and settlement data of the settlement observation points are recorded; and S3, indoor measurement data are analyzed, specifically, settlement volumes of the different settlement observation points obtained by field measurement are fit to obtain the compaction degree of the points. According to the method, a prediction model is established by analyzing indoor numerical simulation and outdoor measurement data results, only a small amount of settlement observation needs to be carried out on site, outdoor work is reduced, compaction degree fitting can be automatically completed through a program, the detection result is reliable, and the efficiency is high.
