The device comprises a supporting sliding rail, and a bottom plate is connected to the lower portion of the supporting sliding rail; the connecting beam is used for connecting the two supporting sliding rails together to form a whole; the assembled portal frame comprises a cross beam and a spliced vertical beam, the vertical beam is installed on the two supporting sliding rails, the two ends of the cross beam are connected to the tops of the vertical beam respectively, and a sliding rod is installed below the cross beam; and the winch is used for driving the heavy hammer to move up and down to dynamically compact the roadbed. According to the invention, assembling and tamping operation can be conveniently carried out on some special construction sites; and meanwhile, the falling position of the heavy hammer is accurate, and the dynamic compaction quality can be improved conveniently.
