The invention discloses a deep foundation pit concrete pouring method which comprises the steps that tower cranes are arranged on the periphery of a foundation pit correspondingly, conveying pipelines are installed on the tower cranes through translation structures, and the translation structures are used for pulling and driving the conveying pipelines; the tower cranes distributed on the four sides are matched with the movable guide pipes, so that the pouring area can be fully covered, and the four tower cranes can work in the areas covered by the tower cranes at the same time; concrete materials poured in all the areas are poured consistently, and construction joints caused by untimely material supply are avoided; meanwhile, concrete materials vertically fall into the pipe wall, and concrete segregation caused by pipe wall hanging materials is avoided as much as possible under the action of gravity.
本发明公开了一种深基坑混凝土浇筑方法,在基坑四周各设置一台塔吊,塔吊上通过平移结构安装输送管路,利用平移结构对输送管路进行牵引带动;采用四面分布的塔吊配合活动式导管可以对浇筑区域进行全面覆盖,且四座塔吊在各自覆盖的区域可以同时作业;每个区域浇筑的混凝土料灌注一致,避免物料供应不及时导致的施工缝存在;同时,混凝土物料垂直落入,在重力作用下,尽可能避免管壁挂料,导致的混凝土离析。
