The invention relates to an excavator energy recovery system, an excavator energy recovery method and an excavator. The excavator energy recovery system comprises a hydraulic fluid tank (1), a first pump (2), a first control valve (3), a movable arm oil cylinder (4), a first switch valve (5), an energy accumulator (6), a second switch valve (7), a sensor and a controller (8); the first pump is in fluid communication with the hydraulic fluid tank, the first control valve is communicated with the first pump, the movable arm oil cylinder is communicated with the first control valve, stretching and retracting of the movable arm oil cylinder are achieved through switching of the first control valve, the first switch valve is connected between a large cavity of the movable arm oil cylinder and the first control valve, and the second switch valve is connected between the large cavity of the movable arm oil cylinder and the energy accumulator; and the sensor is used for detecting the pressure of a preset position in the energy recovery system, the controller is in signal connection with the first switch valve, the second switch valve and the sensor, and the controller controls opening and closing of the first switch valve and the second switch valve according to the detection result of the sensor.
