Low-carbon high-strength cementing material prepared from coal gangue power plant solid waste and preparation method
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a low-carbon high-strength cementing material prepared from coal gangue power plant solid waste and a preparation method. The material comprises the following components by mass: 30-50 parts of Portland cement clinker, 25-50 parts of coal gangue power plant ash, 5-15 parts of furnace bottom slag, 5-12.5 parts of limestone, 2.5-5 parts of gypsum and a modifier accounting for 0.5wt% of the furnace bottom slag. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) taking materials according to the raw material mass ratio; 2) grinding the Portland cement clinker obtained in the step 1), limestone and gypsum together to a specific surface area of 300-400m<2>/kg; 3) uniformly mixing the furnace bottom slag obtained in the step 1) with the modifier, and performing grinding to a specific surface area of 350-550m<2>/kg; and 4) uniformly mixing the coal gangue power plant ash obtained in the step 1) with the finely ground powder obtained in the step 2) and the step 3) to obtain the low-carbon high-strength cementing material.
