The invention discloses a preparation method of a zirconia all-ceramic tooth. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: acquiring patient data, establishing a digital model, determining the form of a dental crown prosthesis, typesetting, exporting STL format data, completing typesetting and customizing a support retainer through a 3D printer, carrying out spray forming on a zirconia dental crown, carrying out post-treatment, pre-dyeing, drying sintering, polishing, adjusting and glazing. The dental crown which is directly used for repairing the human body can be directly produced; a 3D printing spraying technology is adopted, and the material utilization rate is increased; the dental crown is small in thickness, high in strength and suitable for adults; due to the design of the soluble support material, the soluble support material can be quickly dissolved, is easy to remove and free of residues, can break through the limitation of post-treatment support removal, and realizes the design of any shape; and cutting and polishing are not needed, and the labor cost and the breaking risk in the machining process are reduced.
