Zirconia ceramic for tooth veneering and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to zirconia ceramic for tooth veneering and a preparation method of the zirconia ceramic. The zirconia ceramic comprises the following components in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 9.62% of Y2O3, 0.01-0.09% of Er2O3, 0.04-0.05% of Al2O3, and less than or equal to 0.02% of Fe2O3, with the balance being ZrO2. According to the zirconia ceramic for veneering provided by the invention, the preparation of a high-performance veneer is realized by redesigning material components and controlling the contents of yttrium oxide and aluminum oxide, and the prepared veneer is high in light transmittance, good in whiteness, high in brightness and remarkably enhanced in fracture resistance; and meanwhile, according to the thermal expansion coefficients of the materials, an appropriate fast firing curve is formulated, other components are optimized, and the quick firing of the zirconia ceramic is realized by utilizing the synergistic effect of all the components.
本发明涉及一种用于牙齿贴面的氧化锆陶瓷及其制备方法,所述氧化锆陶瓷以质量百分含量计包括:Y2O3≤9.62%,Er2O3 0.01‑0.09%,Al2O3 0.04‑0.05%,Fe2O3≤0.02%,余量为ZrO2。本发明提供的用于贴面用氧化锆陶瓷,通过物料组分的重新设计,控制氧化钇和氧化铝的含量,实现了高性能贴面的制备,制备得到的贴面的透光度强,白度好,明度高及抗断裂性能显著加强,同时通过材料热膨胀系数,制定了合适的快烧曲线,优化其他组分,利用各组分之间的协同效果实现了氧化锆陶瓷的快烧。
