Rail shock absorber
A rail shock absorber comprises a bearing steel rail component and an anchoring sleeper component which are arranged on a sleeper, the anchoring sleeper component vertically penetrates through the bearing steel rail component to be anchored with the sleeper, and the rail shock absorber is characterized in that the anchoring sleeper component is in rolling friction fit with the bearing steel rail component in the vertical direction and is in rigid positioning fit with the bearing steel rail component in the horizontal direction. The vertical movement between the bearing steel rail part and the anchoring sleeper part is designed into rolling friction contact, so that the vertical movement of the rail shock absorber is ensured, the part abrasion caused by the vertical movement is reduced, the use abrasion of the rail shock absorber is small, the service life is longer, and the maintenance frequency is lower. The large transverse rigidity and large-load fatigue performance of the rail shock absorber can be achieved, the probability of stress concentration of rubber in the rail shock absorber under the transverse/longitudinal large load and the small-curvature-radius rail working condition is reduced, and the fatigue life of a product is prolonged.
轨道减振器,包括置于轨枕上的承载钢轨部件和锚固轨枕部件,锚固轨枕部件沿垂向穿过承载钢轨部件与轨枕锚固,其特征在于:所述的锚固轨枕部件与承载钢轨部件沿垂向滚动摩擦配合,且沿水平方向刚性定位配合。本发明将承载钢轨部件与锚固轨枕部件间的垂向运动设计为滚动摩擦接触,即保证了轨道减振器的垂向运动,又减轻了因垂向运动而引起的部件磨耗,轨道减振器的使用磨耗小,使用寿命更长,维护频率更低,可实现轨道减振器的大横向刚度、大载荷疲劳性能,降低横/纵向大载荷下及小曲率半径轨道工况下轨道减振器中橡胶发生应力集中的概率,延长产品的疲劳寿命。
