Rubber-coated rail shock absorber
The invention belongs to the field of rail shock absorbers, and particularly relates to a rubber-coated rail shock absorber which comprises a metal ring, a metal plate arranged in the metal ring and a rubber coating structure connecting the metal ring and the metal plate. The rubber coating structure comprises a shearing type connecting area arranged between the outer wall of the metal plate and the inner wall of the metal ring, a compression vibration reduction area arranged at the bottom of the metal plate and a rubber coating area arranged on the outer wall of the metal ring, and the rubber coating area, the shearing type connecting area and the compression vibration reduction area are sequentially connected. The metal plate is supported and limited in the metal ring through cooperation of the shearing type connecting area and the compression vibration reduction area, and meanwhile the vibration reduction effect in different directions is provided. The rubber coating structure is arranged, so that the connecting stability and reliability of the shearing type connecting area and the compression vibration reduction area with the metal ring and the metal plate can be improved, meanwhile, the rubber coating structure can replace or be matched with an anti-corrosion coating to achieve corrosion resistance of the exterior of the vibration reducer, the rubber coating structure increases the rubber sealing area, and the rubber sealing effect of the rail shock absorber is greatly improved; and the reliability of the rail shock absorber is improved.
