The invention discloses a construction method of a drainage type telescopic device, which comprises the following steps of: pre-burying and pouring a plurality of pre-buried steel bars into a beam body of a beam body structure during the construction of the beam body structure, pre-burying a drainage floral tube into the beam body structure during the construction of the beam body structure, and enabling the upper half part of the drainage floral tube to extend out of the poured beam body; the drainage type telescopic device is welded to the embedded steel bars; and the drainage type telescopic devices on the two adjacent beam body structures are connected through the sealing strips. The expansion joint between the adjacent beam body structures is provided with the expansion device, the expansion joint is sealed through the sealing strip while the expansion devices on the two beam body structures are connected through the sealing strip, and the through holes are formed in the two ends of the expansion joint so as to be connected with the drainage pipe to conduct drainage and drainage on rainwater gathered on a bridge floor. The telescopic device can be effectively prevented from being rusted due to rainwater gathered on a bridge deck, the bridge deck is kept dry, aging of the telescopic device is relieved, the service life of a bridge is prolonged, and the driving comfort is improved.
