The invention discloses a highway bridge integral type telescopic device and a construction method thereof. The highway bridge integral type telescopic device is composed of a spring joint crossing plate, an embedded steel plate and a water guide device. The spring joint-crossing plate is an elastic plate body integrally formed by carbon nanofiber reinforced polyurethane materials, the two ends of the elastic plate body are anchored to the first side beam end and the second side beam end through anchor bolts respectively, the elastic plate body is provided with a spring plate area and a joint-crossing plate area, the spring plate area is located at the first side beam end, and the joint-crossing plate area is located at the second side beam end. The joint-crossing plate area spans the beam end gap; the embedded steel plate is embedded at the bottom of the seam crossing plate area, and the embedded steel plate spans the beam end gap; the spring plate area comprises spring units which are arranged in parallel, and each spring unit is of a broken line connecting rod flexible hinge telescopic structure; the water guide device is arranged below the spring seam crossing plate and located at the position of the beam end gap. The structure has better anti-seismic performance, noise is effectively reduced, and rapid construction and replacement are achieved.
