The invention provides a bridge deck crane and a lifting platform thereof. The bridge deck crane is used for installing a lifting mechanism and comprises an upper platform and a lower platform, and the lower platform is connected with a first jack used for pushing the lower platform to horizontally move in the first direction; connecting plates are arranged at the same ends of the upper platform and the lower platform, a pin shaft is arranged between the connecting plates of the upper platform and the lower platform in a penetrating mode, a second jack is arranged between the upper platform and the lower platform, and the second jack is used for pushing the upper platform to rotate around the pin shaft in the second direction relative to the lower platform. The lifting platform is divided into the upper platform and the lower platform, translation of the lifting mechanism in the first direction and rotation of the lifting mechanism in the second direction are achieved through the first jack and the second jack correspondingly, then adjustment of the position and the angle of the lifting mechanism is achieved, and operation is convenient. Therefore, the box girder lifted by the lifting mechanism can be adapted to the mounting construction position, the construction is convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.
