The single-shaft multi-directional stirring cement mixing pile drill bit comprises a first sleeve rod, a forward stirring blade, a second sleeve rod, a drill bit body, a hollow main shaft, a planet wheel, a planet wheel support, a reverse stirring blade, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear and a third bevel gear. The first sleeve rod is connected with a drill rod of a cement mixing pile machine, and the hollow main shaft fixedly communicates with a cement paste connector. The drill rod of the cement mixing pile machine drives the first sleeve rod to rotate, the first sleeve rod drives the second sleeve rod through a planet wheel system structure between the first sleeve rod and the second sleeve rod, the rotating speed of the second sleeve rod is higher than that of the first sleeve rod, the rotating direction of the second sleeve rod is opposite to that of the first sleeve rod, a relative negative pressure area is formed below the forward stirring blade, and the risk of backflow of cement paste can be reduced.
