The invention discloses a single-shaft cement-soil mixing pile drill bit and a construction method of a cement mixing pile using the same. The single-shaft cement-soil mixing pile drill bit comprises a drill shaft provided with a slurry outlet and at least two pairs of blades, each pair of blades are arranged perpendicular to the axis of the drill shaft and arranged on the drill shaft in a layered mode, the width direction of the blades and the axis of the drill spindle are arranged in an inclined and crossed mode, and the inclination directions of two blades in each pair are opposite. According to the drill bit and the method, a soil body in a pile diameter is subjected to primary crushing and cutting in opposite directions through the two blades which are arranged in pairs in opposite inclined directions, and soil bodies on the two sides of the drill shaft are pressed and crushed in the rotating process to form secondary crushing and cutting; and meanwhile, cutting teeth arranged on the blades are used for carrying out tertiary crushing and cutting on a soil body generated by through primary crushing and cutting and secondary crushing and cutting, so that the purpose of efficiently and uniformly crushing the soil body is achieved, and the uniformity of the stirred soil body and the pile forming quality are further improved.
