Rapid pile matching method for end bearing piles in building pile foundation construction
The invention discloses a rapid pile matching method for end bearing piles in building pile foundation construction. The rapid pile matching method comprises the following steps that a geological BIM and an end bearing pile foundation BIM of a building project are created correspondingly and are integrated, and the pile length of the end bearing piles are uniformly set; the distance from the bottoms of all end bearing pile to the supporting layer is calculated in batches by adopting a software tool, and the depth of the pile foundation of each end bearing pile extending into the supporting layer is added; and the pile length set by each end bearing pile is extended in a unified mode to calculate the distance and the depth, so that each pile is enabled to meet the requirements of a pile foundation construction drawing, the length of each end bearing pile is derived, and the result is the pile length of each end bearing pile estimated according to the exploration data. According to the method, the defects of a traditional end bearing pile matching mode are overcome, the distance between each end bearing pile and the geological bearing stratum is calculated in batches, it is guaranteed that the distance between each end bearing pile and the geological bearing stratum meets the construction requirement, the pile length calculation and adjustment speed is increased, a basis is provided for project fine management, and the pile matching operation efficiency and precision are effectively improved.
