The invention discloses a single-pile foundation supported by inclined piles and a construction method of the single-pile foundation. The single-pile foundation comprises large-diameter single piles, the inclined piles, a bearing platform and a supporting device of the bearing platform. The large-diameter single pile and the six inclined piles are circular pipe piles, and the six inclined piles are evenly arranged along the bearing platform at 60-degree intervals. The bearing platform is of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure and used for connecting and fixing the large-diameter single pile and the six inclined piles. The supporting device is used for further strengthening connection between the large-diameter single pile and the inclined pile and mainly comprises a large-diameter single pile sleeve, an inclined pile sleeve, a single pile hinge, an inclined pile hinge and a rigid connecting rod. After the large-diameter single pile and the inclined pile are sunk, the large-diameter single pile and the inclined pile are sleeved with the pile body sleeve along the pile body, the pile body of the large-diameter single pile and the pile body of the inclined pile are each provided with an annular supporting table to play a role of a limiting supporting device, and then a high-strength grouting material is injected into a gap between the inner wall of the sleeve and the pile so that the large-diameter single pile and the inclined pile can be firmly bonded; and the single pile hinges and the inclined pile hinges are hinged and connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner through the rigid connecting rods. And finally, bearing platform steel bars are arranged, and bearing platform concrete is poured in two layers.
