The invention discloses a pressure rail type water stop structure with replaceable sand, and relates to the field of hydraulic engineering construction in civil engineering. The device comprises a rubber waterstop, a stainless steel base and a stainless steel pressing plate. The rubber waterstop comprises a U-shaped groove and a dovetail-shaped clamping groove. A dovetail-shaped guide rail is arranged on the stainless steel base. Stainless steel bolts are arranged on the stainless steel pressing plate at intervals. The stainless steel bolt sequentially penetrates through the stainless steel pressing plate and the rubber waterstop and is located in the middle of the stainless steel base. The expansion joint can adapt to expansion deformation of the hydraulic structure joint, and normal work of a hydraulic structure and a water stop belt is guaranteed. The invention further relates to a construction method of the sand-replaceable pressure rail type water stop structure.
