The invention discloses an accurate temperature control method for a gypsum powder drying process, which comprises the following steps of: A, firstly, gypsum powder is uniformly added into a heating stirring kettle, the rotating speed of a stirring motor and the heating temperature are controlled, the stirring motor drives stirring blades to rotate to uniformly stir the gypsum powder, and a heating plate uniformly heats the gypsum powder at the same time; B, a plurality of temperature sensors in the heating stirring kettle transmit collected gypsum powder temperature signals to a signal amplification unit in an external controller in real time; C, the signal amplification unit amplifies the received temperature signals and transmits the amplified temperature signals to a main control unit, and the main control unit transmits the amplified signals to a judgment module for judgment; and D, once the error between the heating temperature and the material temperature is not within the normal range, control is conducted immediately. The temperature control method is easy to operate and high in control precision, the gypsum powder drying uniformity can be improved, and then the follow-up processing quality is improved.
