The driving wheel, the first driven wheel and the second driven wheel are connected through a conveying belt, a stirring shaft is arranged at the axis center line position of the driving wheel, the first driven wheel and the second driven wheel, a threaded blade and a connecting block are arranged on the stirring shaft, a filtering cylinder is arranged between the stirring box and the cylinder body, and a heating rotating cylinder is arranged in the cylinder body.
