The invention discloses a method for preparing recycled UHPC cement by using waste ultra-high performance concrete. The method comprises the following steps: removing impurities from the waste ultra-high performance concrete, crushing, and screening to obtain recycled UHPC coarse aggregate, recycled UHPC fine aggregate and recycled UHPC micro powder for later use; and grinding and screening the regenerated UHPC fine aggregate and the micro powder by using a grinder to obtain regenerated UHPC micro powder, adding an excitant, and uniformly stirring and mixing to finally obtain the regenerated UHPC cement. According to the method, the waste ultra-high performance concrete can be turned into wealth, the waste ultra-high performance concrete is processed into the recycled UHPC cement through the steps, the use amount of ordinary Portland cement can be reduced, the environmental problem caused by the waste ultra-high performance concrete can be solved, and reasonable utilization of resources is achieved.
