The invention discloses a rapid construction method for an expansion shell type pre-stressed anchor rod, and relates to the technical field of slope reinforcement construction. The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that lofting of anchor rod hole sites is carried out, and lofting is carried out according to an anchor rod arrangement diagram; an operation scaffold is erected; drilling is carried out, and a drill bit with the diameter at least 50 mm larger than that of the anchor rod is used for drilling in the calibrated anchor hole position; hole washing acceptance inspection is carried out, and slag removal and hole washing are carried out on the holes through high-pressure air; the pre-stressed anchor rod is mounted, the whole rod body of the assembled anchor rod is inserted into the bottom of the formed hole, and the rod body is forcibly pre-tightened to eject the expansion shell type anchor head; prestress is applied, and tensioning is carried out in a staged loading mode; and the anchor rod is grouted. The rapid construction method is suitable for the side slope and surrounding rock supporting process where deformation and sliding of a rock stratum or a soil body shallow layer need to be rapidly limited after excavation, the scheme of a side slope supporting system is jointly formed through the pre-stressed anchor rods and hanging net sprayed concrete, initial deformation and traction sliding of the side slope after slope cutting are avoided, time is shortened, and cost is saved.
