The invention relates to a cast-in-place pile grouting pipe adapter and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The cast-in-place pile grouting pipe adapter and the construction method are used for solving the problems that a cast-in-place pile grouting pipe connector is damaged, a grouting pipe cannot be connected with a grouting pipe connector of a grouting machine, and consequently grouting cannot be conducted. The adapter comprises a big-end-up conical pipe and a clamp arranged on the outer wall of the conical pipe in a sleeving manner. An external thread section is arranged at the top end of the conical pipe. The conical pipe is inserted into the damaged grouting pipe of the grouting machine by a certain depth, the middle range of the inserting area is fastened through the clamp, the adapter does not slide or fall off due to grouting pressure, and finally the external thread section at the top end of the conical pipe of the adapter is in threaded connection with an internal thread section of the grouting pipe. By means of the adapter, the adapter can be connected with the damaged connector of the cast-in-place pile grouting pipe again, and the grouting purpose is achieved.
