The invention relates to an energy-saving and environment-friendly livestock house. The energy-saving and environment-friendly livestock house comprises a breeding house, a water tank, a boiler and a biogas digester, rainwater at the top of the breeding house is collected into the water tank, a heating device and a cooling device which are used for heating and cooling the breeding house are arranged in the breeding house respectively, water in the water tank enters the heating device after being heated by the boiler taking biogas generated by the biogas digester as fuel, and hot water in the heating device passes through the biogas digester when flowing back, so that the temperature of a reaction tank of the biogas digester is increased by utilizing the residual heat of the backflow water. The energy-saving and environment-friendly livestock house has the beneficial effects that rainwater at the top of the breeding house is collected into the water tank, and the rainwater is recycled; the boiler is heated by biogas generated by the biogas digester, so that energy is saved; the underground water tank can reduce the water temperature in summer and reduce water evaporation, the temperature of water sprayed out of a spraying pipe is low, and cooling can be effectively achieved; and the temperature of the reaction tank of the biogas digester is increased by utilizing the residual temperature of the backflow water, and the biogas generation efficiency is improved.
