Silicon dioxide aerogel particles are adopted for modification, and bi-component vinyl acetate-vinyl copolymer emulsion is subjected to condensation polymerization and crosslinking film formation under the action of dead-corner-free permeation of nanopores of silicon dioxide aerogel; after reaction, high crosslinking density is achieved, a chemical chain criss-cross space net-shaped structure is formed; after maintenance is completed, the vertical drawing strength of traditional inorganic thermal insulation mortar of the material is increased to 0.25 MPa or above from 0.1 MPa, and the problem of poor strength is better solved; meanwhile, bi-component arrangement is adopted, on-site direct use is achieved, and the quality is better guaranteed.
本发明一种气凝胶改性的双组分无机保温砂浆及其制备和使用方法属于外墙保温材料领域,采用二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒进行改性,双组份醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚乳液在二氧化硅气凝胶的纳米孔隙的无死角渗透的作用下,进行缩聚反应,交联成膜,反应后有很高的交联密度,形成化学链条纵横交错的空间网状结构,养护完成后,使材料本身的传统无机保温砂浆的垂直拉拔强度0.1MPa上升到0.25MPa以上,更好解决强度差的问题,同时采用双组份设置,现场直接使用,质量更好的保证。
