The invention discloses a rotary locking hydraulic control system suitable for a swing pipe excavator. The rotary locking hydraulic control system comprises a locking mechanism, a slewing bearing, a controller and a hydraulic loop; the locking mechanism comprises a locking oil cylinder and a locking piece, and a piston rod of the locking oil cylinder is in transmission connection with the locking piece, so that the locking piece can be driven to be clamped into a tooth groove of the slewing bearing through extension of the piston rod; the hydraulic loop comprises a main oil way and a pilot oil way, a main pump and a reversing valve are arranged on the main oil way, and the main pump supplies oil to a locking oil cylinder through a reversing valve; and a pilot pump and a duplex proportional electromagnetic valve are arranged on the pilot oil way, the proportional control end of the duplex proportional electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller, a main oil inlet is connected with the pilot pump, and a working oil port is connected with a reversing control port of the reversing valve. When the hydraulic control system is located at the slope position in the construction process of a sideboom, the slewing bearing can be locked and limited, and the construction safety of the sideboom is guaranteed.
