The method comprises the steps that 1), according to a design drawing, a BIM three-dimensional model of a superposed plate and a superposed beam is built according to the proportion of 1: 1 to a construction site; 2), according to the structure and data information of the BIM three-dimensional model, the erection mode of a supporting frame and the specification and number of needed supporting frame components are determined, and all the components are matched; 3), on the basis of a BIM three-dimensional model scene, the temporary stacking position and mode of component materials, the model of hoisting equipment and different station positions in the hoisting process are determined; 4), according to the BIM three-dimensional model, pre-construction training is conducted on constructors according to the position relation of all the components in construction and the construction technology; and 5), according to the BIM three-dimensional model, site construction is conducted.
