Load-bearing fabricated wallboard and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a load-bearing fabricated wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof. The load-bearing fabricated wallboard comprises a wallboard core body and a periphery component, wherein an inner hole channel is formed in the wallboard core body so as to reduce the self weight and can used for wire passing; the periphery component is enclosed and fixed on the periphery of the wallboard core body; each end surface closure head is respectively provided with a through hole which is aligned with a hole opening at each of two ends of the inner hole channel and communicates with the hole openings, so that the inner hole channel can be conveniently formed through pouring; through material flow openings are formed in the inner side surface, facing the wallboard core body, of a pipe body; the outer side surface of the pipe body at one side also communicates with a pouring opening; and in addition, the pipe body is filled with a board material to form a load-bearing column body, so that the bearing capacity of the fabricated wallboard is improved. The technical problems that in the prior art, the weight of the wallboard is heavy, the manufacturing is complicated, the wire groove slotting amount is great, and the load-bearing capacity is poor are solved. The beneficial effects that the weight of the prefabricated wallboard is further reduced, the manufacturing is simple, the wire groove slotting amount is small, the construction is fast, and the load-bearing capacity is good are achieved.
本发明公开了一种可承重的装配式墙板及其制作方法,包括墙板芯体和外围构件,所述的墙板芯体内设有内孔道,以减轻自重且可用于穿线;所述的外围构件围合并固定在墙板芯体的四周,所述端面封头上分别设有与所述内孔道两端的孔口对准并贯通的穿孔,从而便于浇灌形成所述内孔道;所述管体面向墙板芯体的内侧面上均开设有贯通的流料口,其中一侧的所述管体的外侧面还连通有浇灌口,且所述管体内填充有板料,以形成承重柱体,从而提高了所述装配式墙板的承重能力。本发明解决了现有技术中墙板重量较大、制作繁琐、线槽开槽量大且承重能力差的技术问题,实现了进一步减轻装配式墙板重量、制作简单、线槽开槽量少、施工快捷且承重能力好的有益效果。
