The invention discloses a steel structure mixed fabricated load-bearing wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof. U-shaped channel steel is embedded in two sides of a foamed concrete wall, C-shaped light steel frameworks are distributed between the U-shaped channel steel on two sides and are connected through connecting ribs, and annular pieces are arranged in channel bodies of the U-shaped channel steel; a lower connecting beam is arranged on the lower side of the foamed concrete wall, an upper connecting beam is arranged on the upper side of the foamed concrete wall, and hanging nails are fixedly installed on the upper connecting beam; and window frame longitudinal beams are fixed in the middle of the foamed concrete wall in parallel, lower window frame beams are connected to the lower ends of the window frame longitudinal beams, and upper window frame beams are connected to the upper ends of the window frame longitudinal beams. The manufacturing method comprises the following manufacturing steps of framework manufacturing, ingredient stirring, mold box pouring, temperature control precuring, demolding and plate discharging, and acceptance and warehousing. The problem of instability of traditional foam is solved, the quality performance is excellent, the consumption of corresponding columns, beams and foundations is reduced, so that the overall engineering cost is reduced, an outer wall is not prone to falling off, the wallboard is light in weight and easy to manufacture, materials and energy are saved, and the engineering cost can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种钢结构混合装配式承重墙板及其制造方法,U型槽钢嵌装于发泡混凝土墙体的两侧,且两侧U型槽钢之间分布有C型轻钢骨架并通过连接筋连接,U型槽钢的槽体内设置有环形件;发泡混凝土墙体的下边设置有下连接梁,上边设置有上连接梁,上连接梁的上面固定安装有吊钉;发泡混凝土墙体的中间平行固定有窗框纵梁,窗框纵梁的下端连接有下窗框梁,上端连接有上窗框梁。制造步骤如下:制作骨架,配料搅拌,模箱浇筑,温控预养,脱模出板,验收入库。本发明解决了传统泡沫的不稳定性的问题,质量性能优良,相应的柱、梁、基础的用量减少,从而降低整体工程造价,且外墙不易脱落,该墙板质量轻,易于制造,节材节能,可大大降低工程成本。
