The invention relates to a wood-plastic co-extrusion profile and a processing technology thereof, and particularly relates to a wood-plastic co-extrusion profile. The wood-plastic co-extrusion profile comprises a plate and a connecting piece fixedly connected to the end of the plate, wherein an outer wrapping layer capable of wrapping the plate and the side face of the connecting piece is fixed to the outer side of the plate and the outer side of the connecting piece; and the connecting piece and the outer wrapping layer are both made of high polymer materials. The wood-plastic co-extrusion profile has the effect of solving the problem that an existing wood-plastic co-extrusion profile absorbs water and expands.
