Antistatic plastic-wood sleeper and processing technology thereof
The invention relates to an antistatic plastic-wood sleeper and a processing technology thereof.The sleeper comprises an inner core and an antistatic surface layer, and the inner core is prepared from, by weight, 45-55 parts of wood flour, 25-30 parts of PVC, 0.1-0.3 part of antioxidant, 5-10 parts of conductive particles and 0.2-0.5 part of mildew preventive; wood flour, PVC, an antioxidant, conductive particles and a mildew preventive are uniformly mixed to prepare a mixture, then the mixture is subjected to melt extrusion to prepare extruded particles, and the extruded particles are subjected to hot press molding, cooled, cut and polished to form a pillow inner; coating the surface of the pillow inner with the prepared fiber cloth containing the antistatic agent, and then spraying a polyurethane resin stock solution on the antistatic surface layer to form a surface layer; the anti-static surface layer forms a hard layer on the surface of the inner core by spraying the polyurethane resin stock solution, the anti-static surface layer has excellent anti-static performance, and the technical problem that an anti-static agent cannot be uniformly dispersed when the anti-static performance is improved by adding the anti-static agent into the sleeper at present is solved.
本发明涉及一种抗静电塑木枕木及其加工工艺,所述枕木包括内芯和抗静电表层,所述内芯包括如下重量份原料:45‑55份木粉,25‑30份PVC,0.1‑0.3份抗氧剂,5‑10导电粒子,0.2‑0.5份防霉剂;将木粉、PVC、抗氧剂、导电粒子和防霉剂混合均匀,制得混合料,之后将混合料熔融挤出,制得挤出粒,热压成型,冷却后切割打磨,形成枕芯;将制备出含有抗静电剂的纤维布包覆在枕芯表面,之后将聚氨酯树脂原液喷洒在抗静电表层上,形成表层;通过聚氨酯树脂原液喷洒将抗静电表层在内芯表面形成硬层,本身具有优异的抗静电性能,解决了目前在枕木中添加抗静电剂,提高抗静电性能,但是抗静电剂无法均匀分散的技术问题。
