Method for producing road brick by using titanium dioxide gypsum yellow mud
The invention discloses a method for resourceful treatment and utilization of titanium dioxide waste residue gypsum yellow mud and a method for producing a ceramic building material product road brick by using the method, and relates to the field of ceramic building materials. The method comprises the following steps: mixing 70-90 parts of gypsum yellow mud and 30-10 parts of clay raw materials according to a mixing ratio, preparing powder containing certain moisture, carrying out compression molding, drying and sintering to prepare a required ceramic building material product, and preparing building material products such as road bricks, roofing tiles and the like according to requirements. The method has the characteristics that the treatment consumption of the waste residues is large, and the treatment requirements of titanium dioxide enterprises can be met; meanwhile, the produced ceramic building material product is low in cost and good in performance. The waste is turned into wealth so that the industrial waste residues are recycled to the maximum extent, the production cost of ceramic building material products is reduced, and the problem of increasingly shortage of ceramic raw materials is solved.
