Cement prepared from titanium dioxide gypsum
The invention relates to cement prepared from titanium dioxide gypsum. The cement comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 70% of clinker; 15% of fly ash; 5.0% of slag; 3.0% of stones; and 7% of a mixture of desulfurized gypsum and titanium dioxide gypsum. Through a large amount of investigation, the company finds that the titanium dioxide gypsum can partially replace the desulfurized gypsum; titanium dioxide gypsum is waste residue which is generated in order to treat waste acid or acidic wastewater during production of titanium dioxide by a sulfuric acid method and takes calcium sulfate dihydrate as a main component, the titanium dioxide gypsum also contains part of chlorine trioxide, 5-6 tons of gypsum residue can be generated during production of 1 ton of titanium dioxide, and the treatment cost is relatively high and resources are wasted due to the fact that the treatment only depends on acid-base neutralization at present; the titanium dioxide gypsum and the desulfurized gypsum are mixed for use, the use amount of the desulfurized gypsum is reduced, and meanwhile, the cost of the titanium dioxide gypsum is lower than that of the desulfurized gypsum, so that the titanium dioxide gypsum can effectively reduce the cost while replacing part of the desulfurized gypsum.
一种利用钛白石膏制备的水泥,包括如下重量百分比的物质:熟料70%;粉煤灰15%;炉渣5.0%;石子3.0%;脱硫石膏与钛白石膏混合物7%。本公司经过大量调研,发现了钛白石膏能够起到部分替代脱硫石膏的作用;钛白石膏是硫酸法生产钛白粉时为治理废酸或酸性废水而产生的以二水硫酸钙为主要成分的废渣,其还含有部分三氧化氯,每生产1吨钛白粉可产生5‑6吨石膏渣,目前在处置上仅依赖于酸碱中合进行处理,处置费用较高,造成资源的浪费;本发明采用钛白石膏与脱硫石膏混合使用,降低了脱硫石膏的使用量,同时钛白石膏的成本要低于脱硫石膏,故而钛白石膏在替代部分脱硫石膏的同时还能有效的降低成本。
