The invention relates to a glass curtain wall positioning and mounting method. According to the glass curtain wall positioning and mounting method, the suspension frame drives glass to move outside the wall, a worker mounts the glass indoors, thus the safety of the worker is ensured, and the working safety is also improved; and the mounting angle of the glass can be correspondingly adjusted and fixed according to the mounting position after the glass is mounted through the positioning alignment device, and thus the glass is mounted manually and conveniently.
