The invention discloses a local steel bar truss prestressed concrete composite bottom plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The local steel bar truss prestressed concrete composite bottom plate comprises a prestressed concrete composite bottom plate body and a local steel bar truss. The prestressed concrete composite bottom plate body comprises a concrete plate and prestressed bars pre-buried in the concrete plate in the longitudinal direction. The lower portion of the local steel bar truss is pre-buried in the concrete plate, the upper portion of the local steel bar truss is located outside the concrete plate, and the local steel bar truss is arranged at the midspan construction temporary supporting position of the prestressed concrete composite bottom plate body in the longitudinal direction. Compared with the prior art, the local steel bar truss is used for resisting reverse bending moment generated by supporting, manufacturing is easy, application is flexible, the purpose of no supporting or little supporting during construction is achieved under the condition that the requirement of the engineering application span is met, and the problem that the cost of a composite floor slab is high due to construction supporting and full-length steel bar truss arrangement at the present stage is solved.
本发明公开了一种局部钢筋桁架预应力混凝土叠合底板及其制作方法,包括预应力混凝土叠合底板和局部钢筋桁架。其中,预应力混凝土叠合底板包括混凝土板和沿纵向预埋在混凝土板内的预应力筋;局部钢筋桁架的下部预埋在混凝土板内,局部钢筋桁架的上部位于混凝土板外,局部钢筋桁架沿纵向布置于预应力混凝土叠合底板的跨中施工临时支撑处。相比于现有技术,本发明通过局部钢筋桁架抵抗由于支撑产生的反向弯矩,制作简单,应用灵活,在满足工程应用跨度的需求下,达到施工无支撑或少支撑的目标,解决现阶段由于施工支撑和全长钢筋桁架布置造成的叠合楼板成本较高的问题。
